Es ist schon schwierig genug, Informationen zu finden, wenn das BKA heimlich, still und leise operiert. Nur... In Zeiten des Internet kommt irgendwann doch alles ans Tageslicht.

Mit einem Schlag waren per 15. Juli, wenn ich das in den postings korrekt interpretiere, etliche Seiten im Internet nicht mehr erreichbar, die auf Servern in Deutschland gehostet wurden.

Es geht um die IP-Adresse 62.26.18.242. Die gehört laut RIPE-info der

TIS-D406498-NET
Giga-Hosting.biz GbR

die den Adressraum 62.26.18.0 - 62.26.18.255 benutzt.

Deren Impressum wird schon genauer.

Nun stoße ich folgendes posting:

Last Thursday was a busy day for the Bundeskriminalamt -Federal Criminal Police of Germany as they raided 4 servers of popular warez sites hosted within their nation. The Avax network Avaxhome/Avaxsphere, GfxWorld, & Macfile, were all taken down and seized. Suspicions were verified by E-Mail from the current host of gfxworld, keyweb.de. in saying that "the website was taken down per legal order by the German authorities and we cannot give out any other details. As of this time we may not allow further hosting of this site on our servers and there is no comment as to whether or not it will be back online".

The 4 sites in question were formerly affiliated with now defunct modestus.org, also forcibly shut down due to gfx sharing. This is the first push on non P2P sharing sites in Germany since 2007 and the reasons are speculated to be due to the regular release of fonts and the sites' new use of Feedburner RSS pushing them far higher on Google search than the actual creators.

Neither the other hosts nor the site owners have replied to comment on it.

So, what we have. That is: the engine (we had found it) and the backup. We had found the administrator. We negotiate about a hosting. Thus, I officially declare: AvaxHome and GFX Reloaded, STEP TWO. Certainly, still there are a lot of problems and nevertheless we already see the light at the end of the tunnel (hope it not a train %) ). Watch the news!

Итак, друзья мои, что мы имеем на сегодняшний день. А вот что: мы вновь обрели наш engine, плюс у нас есть backup. Затем – мы нашли админа и ведём переговоры по хостингу. Таким образом, официально объявляю: AvaxHome & GFX Reloaded, STEP TWO. Конечно, проблем пока очень много. И тем не менее, некоторый прогресс наметился (тьфу-тьфу-тьфу). Следите за новостями!

First of all: MANY THANKS for your comments! =) Now: intermediate results of the day. Had talked to people, had planned some variants. However there is a problem. Because I never had a deals with any advertisers, I understand nothing in AD – this field was never interested me. You will ask – And where is your advertising AH-accounts? Accounts are lost. Yes, it so (by the way not only in Germany). But the reason is NOT WAREZ or other infringement of copyrights (we’re not sure on 100%, but exactly on 70%). Simply – bad luck. Sorry but now without details.

Во-первых: ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО за ваши комментарии! =) Теперь промежуточные итоги дня. Поговорили с людьми, наметили кое-какие варианты (хотя криков “ненене, Дэвид Блейн – на фиг такую уличную магию – давайте уже чем-нибудь другим займёмся!!” было немало). Да, так вот, поговорили и наметили. Однако есть проблема. Хорошо: мы попробуем собрать деньги, арендуем один или два сервера, настроим их, установим какой-нибудь двиг – замечательно. Что дальше? А дальше нужно думать о самоокупаемости, правильно? И вот тут – полный, и я бы даже сказал – кромешный мрак.

Потому что я отродясь ни с какими рекламодателями не общался, темой этой не интересовался и так далее – мне это было банально неинтересно (мне и сейчас не интересно, и это я ещё очень мягко выражаюсь – просто потому, что в коммерческих вопросах я был, есть и навсегда останусь полным идиотом – впрочем, справедливости ради должен сказать, что отнюдь не только в коммерческих, мдя). А где же ваши рекламные аккаунты, спросите вы – у вас же были аккаунты? Были. Но “они утонули”. Нужно начинать все с нуля, и не с кем посоветоваться. Я думаю, что именно это сейчас главная проблема. Потому что технические вопросы мы, скорее всего, способны решить – по крайней мере какие-то ходы уже обозначились.

И последнее. Парни, очень вас прошу – пожалуйста, не публикуйте в комментариях ничего ээээ… некошерного! %) Поймите правильно: если fit-media сейчас попросят с вещами на выход, будет не здорово. %)

И самое-самое последнее. Однако причина – не варез (ну, голову на отсечение не дадим, но процентов на 70 уверены – что впрочем не отменяет того факта, что… ну мало ли, что там сыскарям в голову придет – в процессе, так сказать). Просто – непруха. Извините, но пока без подробностей.

Firstly, excuse us for absence. We had problems with a hosting. Secondly, fit-media.ru = temporary avaxhome.ru (domain already works). Here, on fit-media.ru there will be we “a point of assembly”.

Во-первых строках – простите пожалуйста за то, что надолго пропали: были проблемы с хостингом. Во-вторых, спешу сообщить, что “точкой сборки” для всех пострадавших проектов объявляется fit-media.ru (avaxhome.ru уже перенаправлен, а до остальных пока не дотянуться). Благодарю за внимание.

There are problems out of our control. Here we are not discuss about it, anyway it’s useless. Now it doesn’t matter what is roots of our… difficulties. Let’s think about future.

So, what we have? The temporary host – http://fit-media.ru (purchased at the middle of the past week for quite different purposes). Yesterday a new dedicated IP was bought (process of it activation goes at this time). When this procedure would be finished visitors of the avaxhome.ru would be redirected here => fit-media.ru (unfortunately we do not have access to other domains). Here we will be inform you about course of reincarnation.

What we need in the first place? We must rent servers. If anybody know good ISP on Cyprus, Norway, Sweden or China (maybe you know other “safe” countries) please write about it in Comments.

At the same time we will recover the copy of our engine and database. All this takes a few days.

What is most important now? First of all please wait for us! Secondly, please spread the information: at forums, blogs, portals etc. what all latest news about AvaxHome is here, it help us a lot. We depend on your patience and understanding.

Есть проблемы, нам неподвластные. Мы не станем их здесь обсуждать – это всё равно ни к чему не приведёт. В данный момент неважно, что послужило причиной наших эээ… затруднений. Давайте лучше думать, как жить дальше.

Итак. Что у нас есть? Есть временный хостинг на http://fit-media.ru (приобретенный в середине прошлой недели совсем для других целей). Есть купленный вчера выделенный IP (сейчас идет процесс активации DNS). Как только процесс завершится, посетители avaxhome.ru будут перенаправлены сюда, на fit-media.ru (к сожалению, доступа к управлению другими доменами у нас пока нет). Здесь мы будем информировать вас о ходе реинкарнации.

Что нам нужно в первую очередь? Насколько я понимаю, арендовать серверы. Если кто-нибудь знает хороших провайдеров на Кипре, в Норвегии, Швеции или в Китае (может быть, вы знаете другие “надежные” страны?) – прошу писать в комментарии.

Параллельно с этим мы восстановим копию нашего engine. Всё это займет несколько дней.

Что сейчас самое важное? Во-первых, чтобы вы дождались нашего возвращения. Во-вторых, распространение информации: если вы можете рассказать на форумах, в блогах или где там принято рассказывать захватывающие новости – о том, что получить информацию по поводу avaxhome можно сдесь, то очень нам поможете. В общем, мы рассчитываем на ваше понимание и терпение. %)

Bestätigt wird erstens die Rolle des BKA in diesem Falle, allerdings nicht im Sinne von copyright infringements or warez.

Wenn sich die poster zu 70% sicher sind, daß es genau darum nicht ging, dann bleiben, so es deutsche Server betrifft, nur zwei Sachverhalte übrig. Entweder hat sich auf diesen Servern eine Horde von Hobby-Terroristen ausgetobt. Die gehören dann wegen permanenter Blödheit zurecht in den Knast. Denn richtige Terroristen tun sowas nicht. Oder aber über diese Server wurde in Größenordnung von in Deutschland verbotener Pornografie abgewickelt. Im ersteren Fall, hören wir davon oder auch nicht. Und im zweiten werden es die Boulevardmedien schon genüßlich verbreiten, wenn irgendein durchgeknallter Staatsanwalt wieder mal 1 Million Strafverfahren wegen Kinderpornografie anleiert. Im übrigen war die letzte Aktion ein Schlag ins Wasser.

Und es wird darum gebeten, diese Infos weiter zu verbreiten. Secondly, please spread the information: at forums, blogs, portals etc.
